At Club Fiesta, we turn our private Laval venue into a glowing, immersive world that leaves guests in awe. For Amy’s special day, the family chose our Plus Tier package, opting for a custom-designed decor installation that blended the whimsy of a dreamscape with the high-energy glow of a modern celebration.
The Vision: Ethereal Glow & Butterflies
Amy wanted a party that felt magical and unique. We took the “Up in the Clouds” concept and gave it a sophisticated, glowing twist. Using an all-white and cream palette accented by warm, golden lighting, we created a space that felt like walking into a shimmering dream filled with delicate butterfly details.
Venue Transformation : Custom Decor
By selecting our Plus Tier (Venue + Custom Decor), Amy’s family enjoyed a professional, “white-out” transformation of our facility:
Tulle & Texture: White ethereal tulle was used to ground the display, creating a soft “mist” that flowed around the marquee letters.
Giant Marquee Letters: The room was anchored by stunning, oversized “AMY” marquee letters that provided a warm, golden glow and the perfect focal point for photos.
The Balloon Hot Air Balloon: We created a custom all-white hot air balloon installation, accented with delicate white butterflies that appeared to be taking flight.
Organic Cloud Architecture: Massive cascades of white and pearl balloons flowed from the ceiling and across the floor, mimicking heavy, soft clouds.
Bubble Accents: Clear, floating “bubble” balloons were suspended at varying heights to catch the light and add a sense of weightless magic.
