Booking and Policies
To keep our venue top-quality for every guest, we stand by a few simple community standards:
- Security Deposit: A $250 refundable deposit is required to secure your date. This is returned in full provided the room is left in good condition.
- “Leave It Like You Found It”: While we handle the deep cleaning (floors/bathrooms), we ask that you bag your trash, remove your decorations, and wipe down surfaces.
- DIY Flexibility: You are welcome to bring any outside food, non-alcoholic beverages, and decorations to personalize the space.
