Booking Terms
- Refundable Security Deposit: A $250 security deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable after your event, provided the room is left in good condition and all policies are followed.
- “Leave It Like You Found It” Policy: We take pride in providing a clean, ready-to-use space for your special day. We ask that you return the favor!
- The room must be cleaned and returned in the same condition it was received.
- All trash must be bagged, decorations removed, and surfaces wiped down.
- This allows us to keep rental costs low and accessible for everyone!
